UPND GOVERNMENT UNFOLDS ITS DIABOLICAL PLAN TO CRIPPLE JAY JAY.
The State has hatched a diabolical plan to be put in motion in the next few days to further incapacitate Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament ( MP) Emmanuel Jay Banda to nullify his seat.
The plan will start with Police invading Maina Soko Millitary Hospital to charge Jay Jay with Aggravated Robbery related to the Lusaka Central altercation, and attempted murder in the case brought by Journalist Peter Sukwa. Both incidents were subject of earlier court cases which were disposed of.
Doctors at the Hospital, were Jay Jay has been virtualy under arrest are unhappy about the plan because their professional integrity is under threat of being compromised.
The State’s plan is to hit the Petauke Lawmaker so hard that he becomes further disoriented following the impact of the abduction ordeal.
It is expected that after being charged, the Petauke Lawmaker will be in a state of some confusion which would then be used to call in Psychiatric Doctors from Chainama Hills Hospital to come and check his mental state.
The Doctors from Chainama are being prepared to certify that Jay Jay’s condition can not allow him to continue holding his parliamentary seat.
The second objective of this plan is to use this same certified mental state to cast doubt on evidence of the involvement of Clayson Hamasaka, Levy Ngoma and Trevor Mwiinde in his abduction.
It is a plan from the very PIT OF HELL!
