NRPUP president, Ezra Tembo submits nominated MPs ahead of Mundubile
NRPUP BEATS MUNDUBILE TO THE PUNCH

While the political clock keeps ticking, NRPUP president Ezra Tembo appears to have decided that there is no time to wait for presidential candidate Brian Mundubile.
Tembo says NRPUP has already submitted its list of nominated Members of Parliament under proportional representation, with the list prepared earlier and submitted by Secretary General Dr Zumani Zimba.
According to Tembo, the list went in “with no changes” apparently proving that, in politics, sometimes the list can arrive before the people who were expected to deliver it.
NRPUP served as the special-purpose vehicle for the Tonse Alliance, which sponsored Mundubile as presidential candidate and Makebi Zulu as his running mate and today they cannot do a thing because Tembo has taken the front seat.
With NRPUP now saying its MPs are already on the table, political watchers may be forgiven for asking: who is actually driving the Tonse bus ? and who is simply trying to catch it?
