ECZ Abandons Recruited Staff as Poll Staff, Replaces List
ECZ misconducts itself on Recruitment of Poll Staff
Lists and information earlier leaked that ECZ, collaborating with UPND had secretely identified and recruited poll staff, has been proven right.
Now the official list of poll staff and is matching exactly with earlier leaked lists of secretelt recruited poll staff leaving in the xols those thta applied and sat for aptitude tests.
ECZ Chairperson Mwangala Zaloumis, and her Commissioners; Major General Vincent Mbaulu Mukanda (Retired), and Mcdonald Chipenzi have been visiting provinces and gathering Town Clerks and Council Secretaries and have strangely demanded the surrender of aptitude test results.
