Protect Zambia’s Democracy: Investigate Seer1’s aka Andrew Ajimandu Alleged Incitement of Political Violence

We, the undersigned Zambian citizens, acting under the Global Human Rights Alliance, respectfully petition the Government of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to investigate Nigerian national Seer1 over widely circulated recordings in which he is alleged to have encouraged Zambian youths and political supporters to stone and scatter the brain of NRPUP presidential candidate Brian Mundubile to eliminate him from the 2026 presidential race election campaign.
Political disagreements must never become an excuse for violence. Encouraging young people to attack, stone, intimidate or obstruct a presidential candidate threatens human life, public order and Zambia’s democratic electoral process. Such conduct may constitute criminal incitement, terrorism and should be investigated by the appropriate authorities.
Seer1 has also been publicly described as a #UPND-aligned social-media campaigner. We therefore call for an investigation to determine whether he has any official or financial relationship with the UPND or anyone acting on the party’s behalf. This allegation must be independently verified; no political party should be condemned without credible evidence and due process.
We respectfully request that the Nigerian authorities:
Authenticate and investigate the circulating recordings and statements attributed to Seer1.
Determine whether his alleged statements violate Nigerian, Zambian or applicable international law.
Cooperate with the Zambia Police Service and other relevant Zambian authorities.
Establish whether Seer1 acted independently or on behalf of any political party, campaign or individual.
Take appropriate lawful action if the allegations are proven.
Publicly reaffirm that Nigerian citizens abroad must respect the laws, sovereignty and democratic institutions of their host countries.
We also call upon the Zambian authorities, the Electoral Commission of Zambia and all political parties to condemn political violence unequivocally and protect every presidential candidate’s right to campaign peacefully throughout the country.
This petition is not a declaration of guilt. It is a demand for an impartial investigation, accountability and due process. The original recordings, complete transcripts, publication dates and links should be preserved and submitted to the relevant authorities as evidence.
Zambia’s youths must be encouraged to vote, debate and participate peacefully: not recruited or incited to attack political opponents. Elections must be decided by ballots, not stones.
Investigate the allegations. Protect Zambia’s candidates. Defend peaceful democracy.
