Scandal; Silvia Masebo visited JJ Banda to understand his allegations against State House and Party Official

Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament, Hon. Emmanuel JayJay Banda narrates to Minister of Health, Hon. Silvia Masebo people that abducted him

• Levy Ngoma, Clayson Hamasaka and Trevor Mwiinde abducted me.

• During torture, they wanted me to implicate Mr. Nyambe that he allegedly meets former President Edgar Lungu.

• I have many political enemies, why didn’t I mention Mwaliteta or Gilbert Liswaniso? Why Am I mentioning this person only as one who abducted me?

• this is after Thabo Kawana and Dickson Matembo were engaged in similar cover-up schemes.

In this second audio, Minister of Health and United Party for National Development ( UPND) Chairperson for Mobilisation, Hon. Sylvia Masebo attempts the mission of trying to coerce Petauke Central Independent Member of Parliament Emmanuel Jay Banda into implicating other people instead of those he had already named such as Mr. Clayson Hamasaka, Levy Ngoma and Trevor Mwiinde.

This is the same mission that Information and Media Permanent Secretary Thabo Kawana and Home Affairs and Internal Security PS Dickson Matembo also attempted and failed.

In both cases, the Petauke Lawmaker stood his ground insisting that he saw the two State House staff, Hamasaka and Ngoma and UPND Deputy National Youth Chairman Trevor Mwiinde at the secret site where he was taken.

Masebo’s visit and conversation with Jay Jay proves high level state involvement in trying to manage the negative fall-out from this saga.

Sadly the Inspector General of Police says he wont investigate the matter as he is waiting for Hon. Banda to report, the same JJ Banda who told his high-level investigating team led by Mudenda Timba, the dame JJ Banda who they have unfairly slapped criminal and unbailable charges!

I’m glad that the Catholic Church has added its voice to this matter. Clearly President Hakainde Hichilema must act instead of engaging in cover-up the crime as his officials are doing.
