ROBERT CHABINGA HAS NO GRADE 12 CERTIFICATE
Mafinga losing candidate, John Sichinga, petitioned the election of Robert Chabinga.
He provided evidence that Robert Chabinga was NOT duly elected, did not have a Grade 12 certificate and had provided a fake certificate.
Chabinga panicked so much that he chose to settle the matter out of court and refunded Sichinga his campaign costs!
