NO SEX WAS INVOLVED , Kalaba clarifies
Ex Chipolopolo player Rainford Kalaba has now revealed what transpired on the day he was involved in an accident which claimed the life of Charlene Mumba. Speaking to Mulo today, Kalaba says all what was happening is people having fun. Mulo reveals that when he visited Kalaba, the Chipolopolo player explained to him that in fact him and Charlene met in Kafue and that they were not together when going there.

“So enough of lies!!!Ba Mupashi is now very stable I can confirm. You see people spread lies everyday and hoping no one will correct them. This is not to respect the late but the truth from the horse’s mouth is that they did not even go there together in Kafue. There wasn’t anything other than PURE friendship.
Its not every friendship has to lead to intimacy. People who know Ba Mupashi very well know that he can tangle with everyone because he has many fans. They just met there and happen to known each other. Why not dance together?
Is it sin? Why not give her lift is it sin? Unfortunately, the accident happened and no one must blame anyone. First, Charlene (MHSRIP) WASN’T MARRIED to anyone. Get that right. Stop claiming marriage when all you did is destroy a good person she was. She was free to mingle with her friends. So this thing of wanting to cast her bad won’t work. Ask us who know her trials and tribulations in marriage once upon a time. It’s a story for another day of how a brother should not mistreat a woman, a mother of his kids. As for now allow us to celebrate 🍾 the fact that we still have our Maestro. It’s been rough days and nights. We remain united and most importantly thank you Zambians for your prayers.”
