MR. WALK THE TALK — THE MAN OF FEW WORDS BUT COUNTLESS DEEDS.
It is with deep sorrow that we received the news of the passing of His Excellency, Dr. Edgar Chagwa Lungu, the 6th Republican President of Zambia. He was more than a Head of State he was a father figure to the youth, especially on the Copperbelt.
On behalf of my fellow young people, I express our heartfelt gratitude for his visionary leadership. From the C400 road project to numerous youth empowerment initiatives, he made lasting investments in our future. His decision to grant access to the famous Black Mountain provided many young people with opportunities to earn a living and build a better life.
We called him Mr. Walk the Talk because he didn’t just make promises he fulfilled them. His legacy is cast in concrete, and his developmental agenda will stand the test of time.

Farewell,Your Excellency. We, your children, mourn you deeply. Your impact will forever live on in the hearts of the people you served.
