EDGAR LUNGU’s former special Presidential assistant for press Amos Chanda says he foresees victory for President Hakainde Hichilema in next year’s elections.
Meanwhile, the ex-press aide to former president Edgar Lungu insists that his acquittal was not politically motivated.
Speaking when he featured on Diamond TV, Thursday, Chanda wondered who would defeat President Hichilema. “Let me be hypothetical and say if elections were held tomorrow, and you hold a view that President HH will lose, to whom will he lose? I foresee him winning and winning quite clearly.
To whom can he lose? I’m very doubtful that a picture that I see is that I can’t just put my head around and point a finger to whom he will lose to,” Chanda said.
