I am imagining the secret that Marshall Muchende is keeping for President Hakainde Hichilema not to have FIRED him by now.
Instead of HH first firing the Solicitor General (Marshall Muchende), he dissolved ACC board and fired them ALL.
Maybe, for HH, it is the role of ACC to fire the Solicitor General… but I tell you, it is hard for ACC to investigate office bearers.
The fight against corruption in the New Dawn administration is CORRUPTION in itself. I say so because there are shielded corrupt individuals like Muchende.
Besides, in the first place, HH trusted these guys who have today become so corrupt than the PF guys . Show me your friend and I will know who you are!
