Highlights from the swearing in ceremony at State House today;
✅ President Hakainde Hichilema has sworn in Princess Kasune as Minister of Justice.
✅ The Constitution amendment Act No. 2 of 2016 empowers the President to appoint office holders in accordance with respective articles of the constitution.
✅ The President has congratulated Princess Kasune and wished her the very best as she takes up her new role as Justice Minister.
✅ If there is a law standing in the way of delivery of service to the people, it shall be amended.
✅ The President has called on other Cabinet Ministers to support the new Justice Minister.
