China’s “neutrality” just got documents.

China’s “neutrality” just got documents.

A joint investigation by Der Spiegel, The Insider and Le Monde shows a much deeper Russia-China military partnership than Beijing admits. Secret documents describe talks on how to counter Starlink, develop air and missile defense systems, and combine Russian battlefield experience with Chinese technology.

That matters because Starlink is not some abstract satellite brand in this war. It became a core part of Ukraine’s military communications, used for drones, artillery, coordination and survival.

Moscow brings the live war. Beijing brings electronics, AI, semiconductors and mass production.

What Russia learns in Ukraine can help China think about Taiwan. What China develops can help Russia on the front line.

This is the part too many Western politicians still pretend not to see: Ukraine is not a local problem on the edge of Europe.

Ukraine is where the authoritarian world is testing weapons, tactics and Western patience.

Helping Ukraine win is not charity. It is the cheapest way the free world can defend itself before the same lesson arrives somewhere else.

Help us keep explaining why Ukraine’s victory is not only Ukraine’s security, but the free world’s security.
