CDF MONEY SENT TO WITH DOCTOR
A 31-year-old man from Chipata who diverted K145,700 of Constituency Development Fund to a witchdoctor for multiplication has appeared before the Chipata magistrate court today as a witness.
Thomson Lungu, who is currently serving a three-year sentence for theft, testified how he handed over the money to Gilbert Banda (the witchdoctor) at a lodge before the latter bolted.
Banda faces a charge of theft but denies committing the offense.
