TikToker Francis Kapwepwe, popularly known as “Why Me,” is reportedly upset after discovering that his former fiancée, Lubuto Musonda, became pregnant for another man while he was serving a two-year prison sentence with hard labour.
According to information obtained by Zambian Watch, Lubuto ended her relationship with Why Me while he was in prison, despite the TikToker having paid K17,000 in lobola.
However, Lubuto says she refunded everything Why Me had spent on her during their relationship, including the nsalamu he had given her.
Lubuto claims Why Me is now demanding money from her after learning that she became pregnant by another man following their separation.
Speaking about the matter, Lubuto said she had already returned the nsalamu and considered the relationship officially ended.
She also said she faced criticism and accusations when Why Me went missing, with some people accusing her of being behind his disappearance.
“When Francis went missing, I was accused of being behind his disappearance. I was accused of getting him killed and kidnapped, yet I never did that,” she said.
Lubuto said she continued supporting Why Me financially after learning that he had been arrested and imprisoned.
She said she would send him money whenever he needed assistance and, at times, even borrowed money to meet his needs.
“When we found out that Francis was arrested, I would send monetary support to him while he was in prison. I would send money every time he asked for something, to the extent that I even got myself into loans,” she said.
Lubuto said she eventually decided to end the relationship because the situation had become too difficult for her and was affecting her reputation.
“While he was in prison, I decided to break up with Francis because things became just too much. My reputation was tarnished, as we all know he was involved in politics,” she said.
She further claimed that some people began distancing themselves from her because of the situation.
Lubuto said she later returned the nsalamu, marking the end of her relationship with Why Me.
