TONSE-PAMODZI ALLIANCE DISOWNS CIRCULATING STATEMENTS ON ELECTIONS, KAFWAYA DEATH AND ARRESTS
The Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance says its highest decision-making body, the Council of Presidents, has not issued any directive or new statement concerning the just-ended General Elections, the death of Hon. Mutotwe Kafwaya, or the incarceration of its leadership and members at Mukobeko Maximum Prison and elsewhere in the country.
EFF President and Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance Council of Presidents member, Kasonde Mwenda, has urged the public to disregard any circulating statements purporting to represent the collective position of the Alliance.
Mr Mwenda says the Alliance will, at an appropriate time, provide guidance through the proper channels on the way forward
He says the Alliance remains hopeful, united and focused, adding that its hope refuses to die.
