STATE PLOTS MURDER CHARGE AGAINST BOWMAN LUSAMBO
..State intends to lock up Bowman Lusambo until after 2026…
In October 2022, the machinations orchestrated by the UPND and the State tried to prevent Kabushi Constituency strongman, Bowman Lusambo from participating in the by-election.
They threatened him with reviving the murder charge against him and others.
They managed to prevent Lusambo from participating in the by-election.
On the murder charge, the DPP refused to sanction the prosecution of the case as the pathology and postmortem records showed that the victim in the matter died of malaria.
Police in Lusaka have now summoned the former Lusaka Province Minister, Lusambo.
This is according to a Police Call-out issued by Deputy Chief Inspector, Kenneth Mwamba from Police Service Headquarters.
EVIL PLOT AGAINST LUSAMBO
Mr. Obed Kasongo was an NDC Lusaka Province Youth Chairperson. He died shortly after the Roan by-election in 2019.
Kasongo 52, died at the Levy
Mwanawasa hospital
where he had gone to receive
treatment.
But the NDC insisted that Kasongo died from alleged injuries he
sustained in an attack blamed on
Patriotic Front cadres on voting day in the Roan
Constituency by-election.
ENTER FANWELL SIANDENGE AND LUCHENGA MUCHELENG’ANGA
Recently police detectives supervised and directed by State House Police Commissioner and Deputy Inspector General of Police, Fanwell Siandenge, directed that the matter be revisited.
The officers sought authority and persuaded the family to Kasongo, to exhume the body lying at Leopards Hill Memorial Park.
The matter was tasked to Dr.Luchenga Adam Mucheleng’anga. He is a State Forensic Pathologist who has undertaken to ensure that earlier pathology was overturned and superseded by a new report.
A new report has since been issued that will claim that Kasongo’s skull showed a crack and the victime therefore, died of head injuries.
The videos issued by NDC President at the time,Hon. Chishimba Kambwili claiming that Kasongo was killed by PF cadres led by Lusambo will be used as collaborative evidence.
In this scheme, the idea is to lock up Lusambo for a very long time.
