One innocent bystander was struck and is in serious condition. Prayers for his full recovery.

The incident triggered a full lockdown as emergency vehicles swarmed Pennsylvania Avenue. Multiple gunshots rang out around 6 PM, with heavy police, fire, and ambulance response shutting down the area. Secret Service, FBI, and DC Metro coordinated swiftly to secure the perimeter.
