SAD: RACHEAL KUNDANANJI COULD MISS OUT ON MORROCO GAMES

Reports indicate that Bay FC striker Racheal Kundananji’s injury during last week’s Black Queens game could see her out of action for 6 weeks.

The 23-year-old was taken off the field on a stretcher with a knee injury in the 60th minute.

She was later spotted celebrating their victory while hopping on one leg unable to walk on her own.

Kundananji was recently acquired by Bay FC from Madrid with the largest transfer fee in women’s soccer history at over $788,000.

The injury comes before Kundanaji could wear her Bay FC team jersey for the first time.

Kundananji was scheduled to join the team in training camp sometime next week.

Prior to that, she was supposed to get her visa sorted out with Spain, and then fly to California.

Kundananji scored the game-winner in the first leg against Ghana.

Depending on the healing process, this could mean she will miss out on the Zambia vs Morocco match, according to reports.
