Russian President Vladimir Putin says Ukrainian strikes on infrastructure causing “problems” for Russia…

Yep — Putin just publicly admitted that Ukraine’s strikes on Russian infrastructure are causing real headaches inside Russia.

Ukraine’s strategy, per Volodymyr Zelenskyy: “Each strike means a reduction in the resources that fuel the Russian war machine, and another step toward peace”. The Atlantic Council notes Ukraine appears to have “turned that logic around” — for years Russia hit Ukrainian energy to break morale, now Russians “are beginning to feel the pointed end of that strategy themselves”.

Analysts say it’s not yet a “game changer” — Russia can still repair damage — but the attacks are “making Russia’s oil system less flexible, less efficient, and more expensive to stabilize”
