PROVINCIAL MINISTER VISITED BY ANCESTORS
Western Provincial Minister, Kapelwa Mbangweta since Tuesday night has been seeing late Litunga Ilute Yeta who died 20years ago after threatening to kill and arrest Barotseland Nationalist Youth Alliance.
Apart from seen the late Litunga, Kapelwa has been busy talking to people he can neither see nor touch.
Kapelwa is now being prayed over by some fake pastors.
