It was mutually decided that the multiplicity of cases of was of concern to the resolution of the conflict in the Patriotic Front. Of concern was also numerous preliminary issues especially as raised by Miles Sampa.
Miles Sampa’s lawyers were present in both meetings. He should get a brief from his lawyers than display ignorance on social-media.
Currently, we only have two cases; one in the Constitutional Court to do with the alleged expulsion of MPs and the matter of the illegal holding on 24th October 2023, of the Extra-Ordinary Conference, a case brought by PF presidential candidates before Hon. Mr. Justice Vincent Sililo Siloka.
All other cases have since been withdrawn to pursue these two cases.
