LUSAKA, ZAMBIA – Newly appointed Independent Broadcasting Authority (IBA) Director General, Guntile Muleya, has been found dead in what appears to be a case of abduction. Muleya was discovered in the Njolwe area with two bullet wounds and handcuffed, following his disappearance after leaving work around 17:00hrs yesterday.
Authorities are investigating the incident, and Muleya’s official Prado vehicle remains missing. The circumstances surrounding his abduction and subsequent death are still unclear.
