MR NGUZU JOINS GROWING LIST OF HIGH-PROFILE FIGURES ENDORSING MUNDUBILE.
Mutale Monde, popularly known as Mr. Nguzu from the popular Zambezi Magic television series Mpali, has thrown his support behind Brian Mundubile ahead of the 13th August 2026 General Election.
Mr. Nguzu’s endorsement comes barely a day after former UPND member Paul Moonga announced his support for Mr. Mundubile, saying he had become disillusioned with the ruling party and believed the opposition leader offered a better alternative for Zambia.
The back-to-back endorsements have added momentum to Mr. Mundubile’s campaign, with his supporters describing them as further evidence that his message is resonating with people from different backgrounds, including politics, business, entertainment and civil society.
Political observers say endorsements from well-known public figures often help increase visibility during election campaigns, although they do not necessarily determine voting outcomes.
