Minister of Local Government and Rural Development arrived to enter in the Nalikwanda, he was told the Guest of Honour, Mwine Lubemba, Kanyanta Manga II had taken his position.
Hon. Nkombo was ushered in the small Gondola as seen in the video.
This occurred in Lealui when the royal badge, the Nalikwanda set off followed by Notila, Matende, Mbolyanga, Sabelele, Nalikena (for the Ngambela) and hundreds of small boats and canoes.
