Copper Queens Striker Racheal Kundananji has arrived at her new club, Bay FC, in America after completing her national duties for the 2024 Paris Olympic qualifiers against Ghana.
Officially announced as Bay FC’s new addition on February 13, 2024, Kundananji broke the world record for the most expensive female player with a transfer fee exceeding $700,000, transitioning from Madrid CFF.
Bay FC is set to kick off their inaugural National Women’s Soccer League (NSWL) campaign this weekend with a historic showdown against Angel City FC at BMO Stadium on Sunday, March 17th.
As she settles into her new surroundings, Kundananji is determined to quickly acclimate to her teammates and begin her American adventure on a strong note.
