Guys this is a joke, seriously there are people surrounding president HH who want him to look politically impotent. I promised not to post anything political but am startled by this.

Even if through his initiative you have built 1,000 toilets, you can’t call the president to commission them, let MPs/
Mayors and Councilors do it. The president can only commission capital projects that have been fully concluded or starting.
