FORFEITURE OF PROPERTIES WILL BE REVERSED ONCE GOVT CHANGES –
LUKASHYA PF MP George Chisanga says the Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Gilbert Phiri has been touring forfeited properties in a quest to portray to the public that PF leaders were corrupt.
Chisanga says the fight against corruption is a political tool to continue mutilating the Patriotic Front. The lawmaker has predicted that the forfeiture of properties that have taken place under the UPND administration will be revisited and reversed when a new government takes office.
On Saturday, Drug Enforcement Commission Director General Nason Banda and Phiri toured Tasila Lungu’s 614.8 hectares ‘Kumawa Ranch’ in Sinda District of Eastern Province. In an interview, Sunday, Chisanga described Banda and Phiri’s tour as window dressing.
