ECZ NEEDS 89,370 POLL STAFF
The Electoral Commission of Zambia (ECZ) has launched a recruitment drive as it gears up for the forthcoming general election set for 13 August 2026.
In a public notice, the Commission said it seeks to engage 89,370 suitably qualified Zambians to work as poll staff countrywide during the 13th August, 2026 General Election.
The success of this initiative will depend on the ECZ’s ability to navigate complex logistical operations and to select and train personnel who are impartial and dedicated to the principles of free and fair elections, thereby contributing to a robust democratic future for Zambia.
