The Barotseland government also known as Barotse royal establishment have made it clear that; they do not recognize the KK DAY which was declared as holiday by president Hakainde know it Hichilema.
KENNETH KAUNDA unilaterally abrogated the Barotseland agreement 1964 and refused to recognize it! So why should Barotseland recognize the so called KK DAY? … the BRE asked the reporter.
We have nothing to do with KK and anyone who celebrates the KK DAY in Barotseland must be punished and deported the BRE concluded.
