PRESS STATEMENT FROM BRE OVER THE PURPORTED COMING OF PRESIDENT HAKAINDE HICHILEMA AS THE GUEST OF HONOUR

BRE has maintained that they have not invited HH for this year Kuomboka Ceremony.
BRE restated that the guest of honour for Kuomboka Ceremony is Paramount Chief Chitimukulu nor President Hakainde Hichilema.
BRE added that the government have not informed them of the coming the purported visitation of Hakainde Hichilema to Barotseland.
BRE has refused to invite Hakainde Hichilema for this year Kuomboka Ceremony because of his notorious behavour.
Yesterday he sent Permanent Secretary to cancel Paramount Chief Chitimukulu as a Guest of honour and replace him with President Hakainde Hichilema, but BRE refused. This forced BRE to hold press conference today.
In turn of events, President Hakainde now says he is coming on Wednesday only to commission unfinished projects in Barotseland. He will be in Barotseland till the end of Kuomboka ceremony from Wednesday to Monday.
