HH TAKES COMMANDING LEAD IN FIRST FOUR CONSOLIDATED CONSTITUENCY RESULTS.
President Hakainde Hichilema has taken a commanding lead in the consolidated presidential results from four constituencies as the Electoral Commission of Zambia continues to announce verified results.
The four constituencies are Chisamba in Central Province, Kundabwika in Northern Province, Luangwa/Feira in Lusaka Province and Ndongwe in North-Western Province.
President Hichilema has so far polled a combined 22,476 votes across the four constituencies.
Brian Mundubile is second with 14,388 votes, while other presidential candidates have recorded significantly lower figures.
The results show Hichilema leading in all four constituencies, including 6,568 votes in Chisamba, 4,160 in Kundabwika, 4,900 in Luangwa/Feira and 6,848 in Ndongwe.
The Electoral Commission of Zambia is expected to continue announcing more verified and consolidated results as the national tally progresses.
