TONSE-PAMODZI ALLIANCE LEADERS MEET WITH PARAMOUNT CHIEF CHITIMUKULU
Honourable Brian Mundubile along with his running mate, Honourable Makebi Zulu, and other leaders of the Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance, paid a courtesy call on His Royal Highness Paramount Chief Chitimukulu of the Bemba people at his palace in Mungwi District, Northern Province.
During this meeting, the chief called for a free and fair election which was both timely and encouraging.
Mundubile said that the Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance firmly believes the institution responsible for overseeing elections must remain impartial, ensuring that its duties are carried out fairly, without fear or favour.
Addressing concerns about political violence, Mundubile emphasized that it has no place in today’s political environment.
He stated that Tonse-Pamodzi Alliance members nationwide have been called upon to refrain from any acts of violence.
The alliance aligns itself fully with Mwine Lubemba’s appeal for peace to prevail not only before and during the elections but also afterwards.
