HICHILEMA GIVES A DIPLOMATIC JOB TO THE PETITIONER IN THE ELIGIBILITY CASE
Michelo Chizombe the man who dragged former president Edgar Lungu to the Constitutional Court over eligibility has landed himself a diplomatic job.
President Hakainde Hichilema has sent Chizombe to foreign service the opposition PF have disclosed.
The Constitutional Court in a case brought by Chizombe on 10th December 2024 landmark verdict departed from its ealier decision and barred Lungu from participating in future elections.
Lungu, his party PF and the opposition alliance electoral pact have however vowed that he will be on the ballot in 2026 as presidential candidate.[Zambian Eye]
