..Mapani employs son as a civil engineer based at Kafue Gorge Lower…
It has emerged that ZESCO Managing Director Victor Mapani, recently employed his son, Mako Mapani as an Engineer, based at Kafue Gorge Lower.
But sources from HR Department says although Mako(full names Makoye) is a son to the Managing Director, he was employed because he is qualified Quantity Surveyor with a Surveying degree from the University of the Witwatersrand in South Africa.
Last week, it emerged that Mapani has employed and promoted his daughter Beenzu (a niece that grew up in his household) as a legal officer at ZESCO.
