Socialist Party president Fred M’membe has challenged the UPND Administration to.come out clear on how much power the country is exporting to Botswana.
Dr. M’membe says quoting from a newspaper report, Government must explain the news of its selling power to that country amidst a critical energy crisis in Zambia.
Zambia is experiencing the worst powercuts or loadshedding never witnessed in history with the country going for over 12 hours without power.
