ZAMBIANS ARE FATIGUED WITH LIES – CHIINDA

By Francis Chipalo

PROMINENT Lusaka businessman Chrispin Chiinda says Zambians have been fatigued with the “sweet talk” from government as the cost of living continues going high.

Chiinda says the rhetoric from government is too much and not helping the situation in the country generally.

He however says Zambians have an opportunity to change the status quo in 2026 by electing leaders that will better their lives.

Featuring on Capital FM’ breakfast this morning, Chiinda who is Munali aspiring member of parliament states that things on the ground are bad and need to be addressed.

The community leader says the current government has subjected people to suffering due to failed leadership.

He cited continued prolonged hours of load shedding, high mealie meal prices and lack of basic human necessities such as water challenges that has hit some parts of Munali, among them, Mtendere, Kamanga, Kalingalinga and Chainda compound among others.

These areas are reportedly not to have had water for the past three months, a situation Chiinda says had compromised people’s health  in view of the rainy season.

“Given an opportunity in 2026 as Munali MP, I can assure you that working in consultation with the people, we can make Munali a better place to be in terms of general development,” Chiinda said.

Meanwhile, Chiinda says some solutions affecting communities are within members of the community themselves, adding the only thing people need is leadership.

“And that is why I am always in engagement with leadership of the church and other community leaders, consulting them on what we can do together to better the lives of the our people,” he added.
