CHUNGU CHARGED UNDER THE NON-BAILABLE CRIMES
Xavier Chungu, former Director-General of the Zambia Security Intelligence Service (ZSIS) has been charged under the non-bailable provisions of the State Security Act: Chapter 111 of the Laws of Zambia.
