“WHY ME” TO APPEAR BEFORE KALOMO MAGISTRATE HAMAIMBO MOOYA, WHO JAILED JACKSON CHAMA

TikTok vlogger, Francis Kapwepwe also known as “Why Me”, has been taken to the court slaughter house for the so-called offence of hate speech against the people of Southern Province and President Hakainde Hichilema.

“Why Me” will appear before Subordinate Court Magistrate Hamaimbo Mooya, who last month, jailed Jackson Chama for 12 months with hard labour.

The 30 year old Chama who was slapped with a charge of hate speech was given imprisonment terms.

Magistrate Hamaimbo Mooya jailed Jackson Chama 30, of house number 238 of Makeni area in Lusaka who was apprehended in Lusaka in connection to the alleged offence of hate speech contrary to section 65 of the Cyber Security and Cyber Crimes Act of 2021 and traficked to Kalomo for trial.

WHY ME, without knowledge of his lawyers was moved to Kalomo under the cover of darkness last night.

A check at Kabwata Police showed that “Why Me” who remained in custody for several days without charge, has been moved to Southern Province for a summary trial.
