WHERE ONE REJECTS PUBLIC COLONIAL BAROTSELAND AGREEMENT 1964 BUT ACCEPTS PRIVATE NEO-COLONIAL MINGOMBA AGREEMENT 2024
1. As one forgets 2024 from 1964 is the 60 years diamond jubilee of Zambia’s Independence in 1964 from 70 years a platinum jubilee (1894 – 1964) of colonialism.
2. One also rejects Barotseland Agreement 1964 on both human rights and land (rights) as one rejects the 2016 Constitutional amendment or expansion and enactment of the 2016 Constitution draft Bill of Rights one defeated in the 2016 referendum.
Further, one also forgets, 2024 is the centenary of KK (1924 – 2024) who died at 97 in 2021.
3. One also rejects the (PF EL) gazetted 18th October “National Prayer Day” as one celebrated ungazetted private declaration of Zambia as a Christian Nation.
That is neocolonialism of the privatised state.
