US Congressional Research Service has published the list of 42 US aircraft lost or damaged during war with Iran.
According to the report:
Four [4] F-15E Strike Eagles was destroyed.
One [1] F-35A damaged was damaged
One [1]A-10 destroyed
Seven [7] KC-135 Stratotankers (2 destroyed, 5 damaged)
Two [2] MC-130J destroyed
One [1] HH-60W helicopter damaged.
Twenty Four [24] MQ-9 Reapers destroyed
One [1] MQ-4C Triton destroyed.
One [1] E-3 Sentry AWACS damaged.
You can see the picture of the said damaged E-3 Sentry AWACS aircraft in the down left side of this picture. I know you know the definition and the difference between damaged and destroy 😂 so use your brain.
Concerning the Negotiation:
According to an informed source cited by Tasnim News Agency, Iran has made the release of a specific portion of its frozen assets a firm precondition for any agreement, with a clear and guaranteed mechanism for the release of all remaining assets also required.
This stance has been shared with Pakistani and regional mediators. The source stated that the U.S. is hindering progress despite previous agreements and emphasized that Iran will not trust promises regarding asset release due to past American violations. This disagreement is reportedly a major barrier to a final agreement.
