THE PURPORTED LETTER BY OCIDA CALLING FOR SANCTIONS AGAINST ZAMBIA WAS WRITTEN BY CHRIS ZUMANI ZIMBA AND BREBNER CHANGALA
Some OCIDA members have revealed that the letter to the American Ambassador by OCIDA and signed by Bishop Telesphore Mpundu was written by Chris Zumani Zimba who was Political Advisor to President Edgar Lungu.
Chris Zumani is working with Brebner Changala who is using the e-signature for Bishop Mpundu.
Actually Bishop Mpundu is currently not even in the country, but all falsehoods were written by Brebner Changala and Chris Zumani Zimba. The purported letter was delivered to the American Embassy by Brebner Changala yesterday afternoon.
Insiders also say Edgar Lungu is equally engineering and sponsoring political instability in the country with a view to cause riots against the government of President Hakainde Hichilema.
