THE PARTNERSHIP BETWEEN THE CATHOLIC CHURCH AND THE UNITED STATES EMBASSY TO MONITOR ZAMBIA’S ELECTIONS
An important collaboration has emerged between the Catholic Church and the United States Embassy to oversee the electoral process in Zambia.
This partnership is centred on monitoring elections and conducting Parallel Vote Tabulation (PVT), a technique used to independently verify election results.
Together, the Catholic Church and the US Embassy will help to ensure that Zambia’s elections are conducted fairly and transparently, fostering democratic resilience and empowering citizens to trust the electoral system.
