THE HISTORIC KASAMA NRPUP RALLY

THE HISTORIC KASAMA NRPUP RALLY

Today’s rally in Kasama has attracted considerable attention as arguably the largest and most influential event of the National Reconciliation Party for Unity and Prosperity (NRPUP) campaign to date.

Probably far surpassing the rallies held in cities like Kitwe, Chipata, and Lundazi, this gathering stood out not only for its overwhelming turnout but also for the significant endorsements it garnered.

The Kasama rally’s prominence was underscored by the presence and support of key figures, most notably Prince Akashambatwa Mbikusita-Lewanika, a distinguished statesman and traditional leader. Their backing of the NRPUP candidates—Honorable Brian Mundubile and Honorable Makebi Zulu—served to reinforce the party’s credibility and appeal across a broad spectrum of voters.

Chishala Kateka, President of the New Heritage Party, also publicly endorsed the candidature of Mundubile and Zulu during this event.

This rally’s size and the stature of its endorsers mark it as a pivotal moment for NRPUP on the campaign trail.

It reflects the party’s growing momentum and ability to mobilize a diverse electorate in Northern Province and beyond.
