I have watched the Permanent Secretary of Information and Media, Thabo Kawana, with increasing frustration.
He issues political statements and conducts himself like he is a UPND Spokesperon.
He recently confessed on public media that he is a party cadre and will remain so.
The trouble is that he works for the civil service by virtual of his position. He is, therefore, abrogating all rules and regulations, guiding the civil service.
He has breached all ethics and code of conduct for the civil service.
I recently noted his recent statement about the former President, Edgar Lungu and the political alliance United Kwacha Alliance( UKA).
Does Zambia have men and women of integrity?
Can’t Mr. Patrick Kangwa, who is the Secretary to Cabinet, guide the President and Mr. Thabo Kawana over this display of lawleness?
