While others are celebrating following the announcement of the Presidential results, the Mapalo community in Chifubu is mourning. ðŸ˜
TELALA, a UPND supporter from Kanyanje Ward of Chifubu Constituency in Ndola who stayed in the Mapalo area, has died after reportedly falling from a canter, with speakers reportedly falling on him during the celebrations. ðŸ˜ðŸ˜
The incident reportedly happened in the early hours of Tuesday, 18th August, 2026, during the celebrations.
The deceased has been identified as Chakwa Telala, who served as Kanyanje Youth Chairman.
Authorities, including the Police, as well as the party leadership, are yet to issue an official statement on the incident.
