REVELATIONS IN AG’s REPORT ON CDF SHOCKING AND SAD – GERMAN AMBASSADOR
German AMBASSADOR to Zambia, Ann Wagner Mitchell says revelations contained in recently published Auditor General’s Report on the Constituency Development Fund [ CDF ] are shocking and sad.
Dr. Mitchell also says the developments that led to the dissolution of the ACC board and the resignation of the Director General, illustrated that the commission’s current governance structure is imperfect.
The report also showed that certain contractors were paid from the CDF funds but never delivered the goods or services.
