POLICE IN KAWAMBWA CHARGE MUMBI PHIRI WITH AGGRAVATED ROBBERY
THE Zambia Police in Kawambwa have formally charged political heavyweight Mumbi Phiri with aggravated robbery, a non-bondable and non-bailable offence.
The Police claim that the former PF deputy secretary general used force to steal K20,000 and a mobile phone when she confronted Green Economy Minister, Mike Mposha who was allegedly caught engaged in electoral malpractices in the recently held Kawambwa Parliament by-election.
