NEVERS MUMBA SHUNNED AGAIN, KAVINDELE HEADS TO DRC ELECTIONS
President Hakainde Hichilema has appointed former Vice President, Enoch Kavindele to head the SADC Observer Mission in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
This follows Kavindele’s succesful SADC mission in the Kingdom of Eswatini.
Nevers Mumba recently caused a bilateral and SADC Region crisis when he headed the SADC Observer Mission in the Zimbabwe harmonsied elections and made numerous partisan and suspsicious utterances aimed at undermining the outcome of the elections.
SADC has since condemned Mumba for his conduct and “noted” Mumba’s report that was tendered by President Hakainde Hichilema in Luanda, Angola.
