Catholic Priest Fr Andrew Chewe Mukosa has urged leaders not to be annoyed and send police on those that remind them to fulfill election promises.
And Fr Mukosa who is also director of Social Teachers Organisation said democracy in Zambia is being violated by the UPND government.
