All the public officials who deliberately neglect to do their work by not entering defence to give free passage to cadres will pay the price. Negligence occassing loss to government is a criminal offence. Not every action from politically inclined litigants should go unchallenged.
Where are the police officers that detained the litigants? Why are they not before court to justify their actions? Who is gagging them? Where is LAZ to question the unprofessional conduct of its members that disrespect the courts by not submitting a defence? What is Secretary to the Cabinet doing about public employees that wilfully neglect to do their work?
